Hampshire Archery Association is the home of archery in Hampshire, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands in the UK. The Association is affiliated to SCAS (Southern Counties Archery Society) and Archery GB (GNAS) who are the governing body for the sport in the UK.

Archery is a sport for all ages and abilities and is great for families. There are over 50 archery clubs in Hampshire and most offer beginners courses. If you interested in trying archery get in touch with one of the clubs listed here.

Andover Archers UK National Record Status Rose Award 'Saxon' Shoot (Hampshire Junior Star Award)

Andover Archers are proud to confirm the UK National Record Rose Award status for their 'Saxon' shoot in 2008.

The shoot will take place on Sunday 27th April 2008, at their facilities at Foxcotte Park, Hatherden, Charlton, Andover, Hants, SP11 0TA.

Rounds will be:- York, Hereford, & Bristol I II III & IV.

The organisers would like to reiterate their thanks to all the archers for making the shoot a success, Waterside Archers for use of their excellent field, and AC Delco for the use of their tea tent equipment.

Next year's event should be "tassle status" (which is the clout equivalent of a Rose award).
