Online entry for the WRS Hampshire Outdoor Championships being held over the weekend of the 21st and 22nd September.

The Saturday will be a Double 720 (70m/60m/50m and associated junior rounds)

Sunday will be a WA1440 & Metrics. This will be shot on a 122cm target at the longer distances before switching to individual 6 zone 80cm faces for Senior recurve and compound archers. Longbows, barebows and juniors will remain on full sized faces. Archers are welcome to shoot down a distance but will not be eligible for any awards.

There will be an award presentation on both days, with separate awards for Hampshire archers and visitors on the Sunday. Medals for minor places will depend on the number of entries for each category.

Medals for Hampshire County Club Team & individuals according to entries for the minor places. Team of 4 Recurve (mixed team) 3 Compound (mixed team) 2 Barebow & 2 Longbow.

Other awards WA stars /Six gold ends badges claimed on the day. See the HAA website for Hampshire Junior Awards. AGB website- junior stars and English Crosses from English Archery Federation

Timing: Both days will be shooting timed ends of 6 arrows in 4 minutes.

Chairman of Judges: Paul Richards.

Registration: To begin at 7:30 on both days with equipment inspection beginning at 8am

Assembly:  8:45 followed by 45 minutes of practice.

Archery GB rule 307 will apply.

A selection of refreshments will be available throughout the day along with hot and cold drinks.

In line with the recommendation in the Archery GB Safeguarding Policy, those who wish to take photographs or
video at this event are to register with the Tournament Organiser on arrival.

Hampshire Archery Association is the home of archery in Hampshire, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands in the UK. The Association is affiliated to SCAS (Southern Counties Archery Society) and Archery GB (GNAS) who are the governing body for the sport in the UK.
