The 2019 outdoor season has begun so the time has come once again to compile our very own HAA County Rankings.
Rankings will be compiled in Recurve, Compound, Longbow and Barebow disciplines for Gents, Ladies and Juniors. They will be updated regularly and current standings will be published each month from June onwards, on this Facebook group and on the HAA website..
Only scores achieved in Record Status official tournaments will be accepted.
For those over 18 years of age, rankings will be based on the total points scored for your best 3 WA 720 and your best 3 WA 1440 rounds.
For those under 18 years of age, rankings will be based on the total of your best (lowest) 3 handicaps achieved in either Metric or Bristol rounds.
I will monitor all tournaments held within the boundaries of Hampshire and will record scores for those archers who are a member of this group or those who do not use social media but who have expressed a desire to be part of the Hampshire County Team squad.
If you shoot in tournaments outside the county, it will be up to you to send me your scores with a copy of the official results.
Anyone who would like to be included in the rankings should apply to become a member of the "HAA County Team" Facebook Group or should contact me by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
Good Luck and Good Shooting!

On the 13 March 2019 at the East Hampshire Sports Awards, Maia Daborn won 'Coach of the Year'. The award ceremony was hosted by Roger Black MBE, European, Commonwealth and World Championship Gold Medal Winner in athletics and the awards were presented by former Captain of the England Women's Cricket Team, Charlotte Edwards CBE.

It was a very proud moment for her Dad, Mike, watching and listening to Maia speak passionately about her love of archery in front of a very large audience.

Well done Maia.
