Tournament Organizer for Hampshire Archery Association
2020/21 AGM
Having discussed the AGM with Reg, the following was felt to be the most workable and suitable solution at this time of restrictions. The Association's Constitution requires an AGM to be held on a date fixed in March of each year. A face to face meeting is highly unlikely to be allowed next Month. It is proposed that the 2021 AGM be postponed. Fingers, and everything else crossed, it is hoped that restrictions will allow an AGM to be held in June 2021. Confirmation of update on this will follow just as soon as possible.
It is hoped that current Committee and Officers will continue their posts on a caretaker basis until such time as formal elections can be addressed at the next AGM. If anyone has any problem with this, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Pauline
